Can I shop in person for a Christmas Kid this year?
Unfortunately, we have had to suspend the big in-person events this year. This is disappointing, as we know shopping for a child in person is a huge part of the experience for so many of us. We have tried to make the process as “high touch” as we can, with each child’s wish list online and enabling you to “shop” for his/her gifts.
What if I don’t want to shop, can I just make a donation?
Yes. If you just want to make a monetary Donation, you can do that here.
What if I have gifts I have already bought and want to donate?
We will take them! While we can’t tell you who your gifts will be matched with, we will ensure that they are matched with a foster child of the appropriate age.
Please ONLY COME to the warehouse during these times:
November 17th through December 10th. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9 am- 12 pm.
Warehouse address: Prologis Olympic Industrial Center. 2990 Olympic Industrial, Suite 104 Smyrna, GA 30080
Will there be any broadcasts this year?
Yes – there will be broadcasts, but not like non-pandemic years past.
Clark will be joining other hosts on WSB radio on December 9th and December 10th at the following times:
9:00 am – noon
4:00 pm – 8:00pm
Is my donation tax-deductible?
After you buy your gifts or donate money, you will receive an email from DFCS that you can use for your taxes. It will include a receipt for your purchase, and this letter from DFCS. Please save both the email and the letter for your records and consult your tax advisor.
